How do I book a private Finnish sauna session?
You can book directly through our online system by selecting your preferred date and time. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with all session details.
What should I bring for my sauna session?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, a water bottle, and two towels, (one to sit on).
What payment methods do you accept for services?
We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
What are the details of a standard session?
A typical session lasts for 60 minutes. We ask that you leave 10min before the next hour so there are no overlapping bookings.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee as per our terms of service.
What are the house rules for the sauna?
Keep the fire going for the next booking. Don't let the temp drop below 60-65 degrees. Take any rubbish with you. If you are the last booking close the drawer and door on the fire and keep both sauna doors closed.
